As for metered parking, you can pay-by-phone and park for up to 4 hours starting after 6 pm.

There is an app called "Paybyphone" for Android/iOS.
You just input your credit card and when you park you just enter the meter id number and voila. Parking is paid. The best part is you don't have to run out and feed the meter anymore. And it also gives you a reminder when your time is about to expire.

It's way easier than pay-by-phone.

how many license plates can you register with it??

i hate registering a plate with the pay by phone, takes forever
