the kings will be tough but the canucks should still have enough to deal with them. with daniel out, just opens another spot for a gritter type of player which will suit this series. if daniel needs more time, its better to give that to him now and let him heal up properly.
I think its going to be a tougher series than most people here in Vancouver think, Kings went 13-5-2 since adding Carter, they have a lot of talent that have had off years so far but if they can snap out of it, look out.
^ which is why i questioned some members here as to why they thought it would be a 4-5 game series. i think it'll be tougher than that and most analysts have projected a 6-7 game series as well.
Just because people say its gonna be like a 5 game series doesnt mean that they r looking past them
Or taking them lightly. Didnt we sweep the Blues a couple years back yet i believe everygame we won by 1 goal? How many games we beat them in doesnt reflect on how tough the series is.
With no Daniel for game one, and the Swedish blog reporting his dad said Daniel was still having headaches, does he even return for the first round?
I personally think, depending on how each game goes, he may not return until they face some adversity. Also worth noting is, the fact that concussions are hard to judge in terms of when a player can return.
As much as I think the Philly-Pens series is going to be brutal, I see this series getting ugly early too.
The last half of work can't go any quicker.

I think we'll get them in 5 or 6 but that doesn't mean I think it CAN'T go to 7 games....I'm very aware that LA is a GREAT team, but I think we will be slighty better 4 times out of 5 or 6.
