WTB/WTT - '07+ Mazda3 GT

My GF's lease is up and she wants to get into a white, Mazda3 GT hatch.

I've been feverishly searching for the last month but the only ones that come up, that fit her criteria, are at the dealerships and priced over our budget (17K for an '07? Really?). Her lease is up tomorrow and I think she's going to just buy it out since it's still a great car, just 2 doors short of what she needs.

-4whl disc brakes

-5 speed manual

-purchased at Kingsway Honda
-Compustar auto start alarm
-window visors
-rear windows 15% tint
-new tires (6 months)
-separate winters on rims
-just passed lease inspection
-always serviced right on time as her best friend's husband is one of the head techs at Middlegate.


Looking for:
'07+ Mazda3 GT
-5 door hatch (wagon)
-white
-under 100k
-preferably original owner
-sunroof
-ac
-preferably auto but 5 spd will do (a lot of the ones I've seen have had the clutch replaced at under 100K for some reason, not something I'd want to deal with unless reflected in price)
-leather would be nice but not needed
-no rebuilts or out of province cars
-minor accidents with full details OK.

I've found a bunch of Silver, Graphite and Blue ones with the right specs, between $12 and $14K but she's specifically looking for white. A bit superficial about the colour, maybe but she plans on keeping the car for 10+ years and doesn't want to settle.
