Tried it out on Saturday, got #1 and cafe sua da. It was great. =)

The #2 is delicious while the #1 was just okay.

I don't think it's hype at all. I was there on Sunday afternoon trying to get a spot. It was packed, lineup out the door. None of them looked like RS Types, all families. If the quality of food keeps up with prices staying average, they will continue being busy. And it's SUMMER. Come gross rainy weather, demand is only going to go up. My friends do about monthly pho sessions now, in the winter, it's weekly.
