Just came back from Hoi An. Groggy weather out today so i had the Pho tai bo vien. The broth was good but the noodles tasted kinda off? I don't know how to describe it, but it sorta tasted like how it would smell uncooked and still in the plastic package. :confused: It was weird. It was had that kinda plastic-y aroma in your mouth. I did like the Bun bo hue though. Nice, friendly service.

Just had some nice hot pho with spring rolls

Not sure what kind of tea they serve, but for some reason I find it alot better than most other places...

Had to wait a couple min for a table but service was :thumbsup: ;)

They serve I think a Vietnamese jasmine tea. That, or some kind of jasmine blend.

So I asked about the tea today.

They told me it was a Fujian Jasmine tea but I think they switch/alternate sometimes. Today's tea wasn't as fragrant.
