AA battery phone charger
where can I buy a phone charger that runs off AA batteries? I saw one a few months ago but now I want one. going on a trip without power access. want to charge iphone using AA batteries. basicly it was just a tube that held 2 AA batteries with a usb jack on the top

can I find these at like future shop / LD etc? I don't see anything on FS site.

Try something like this. Probably a bit more useful because it's a generic USB port on a battery so you can use it for multiple devices. I have one and it does a pretty decent job of keeping my devices charged while I'm on the go.

I use to have one. They are garbage. They run very hot and it does not fully charge the phone with one set of battery and because the amperage of the AA is lower than the iPhone it will never fully charge the phone. Get a proper battery backup for the phone. I was using a zagg battery pack for about 4 month and loved it but the battery level keep dropping until one day the battery just died.

you can buy a battery pack that attaches to the back of the phone. I thought I saw something like that at best buy

energizer makes one you can get it at fs/bb and what not but expensive
