Lactase Pills

In the recent years, I started noticing that milk and most dairy products started to upset my stomach. Eventually it's come to the point where I get the runs from a small cup of milk. However, I'd like to drink milk again and was wondering if anyone has had experience taking lactase pills.

Also, where you got them and the price.

Thanks a lot.

best bang your buck is the costco brand in the states. I think somethig over 100 pills for 15 bucks versus 60 pills for similar price. Not 100% though.

The pills worked for me at first, but now, not so much. It'll reduce severity but thats it.

Just go to Costco Richmond and buy it there. Webber Naturals Enzyme Lactase 120 pills for $19.99. It's what I take and I never get stomach problems anymore with milk products.

Started having lactose problems 5 years ago. One option, if you just want to drink milk at home, is to buy the liquid form of the enzyme that you add to cartons of milk. I would always have treated milk at home and carry around a lactase pill with me if I go out

Liquid version either Costco or Superstore. Lately I've only seen them at superstore. Oh and for travel and stuff you used to be able to find individually wrapped pills, easy to keep in your wallet

Cool thanks. I tried looking for the pill and liquid version at Superstore, but actually couldn't find them. I'll look harder next time.
