Go to a dollar store, and buy yourself a weekly pill organizer so you can bring it on the go. I sort it once a week, and just bring it wherever I go, that way you will never miss your dosage.

Gonna do this. Enough pussy footing around.

I read on one of the links not to do Hiit? Those of you with success, do you do much cardio then? I like to skip and do hiit after lifting, no good?

I take it you need just proper diet and some excersize and you are good to go? Also, no pre workout drinks?

Don't do HIIT. In fact, don't go over your target heart rate (Use google to calculate this).

I don't do much cardio, but if I do, it's only power walking as I don't want to add unnecessary stress to my heart. Push yourself on weight lifting, eat a proper diet, then your weight should come off.

There's nothing stopping you from taking a pre/post-workout drink. Drink plenty of water, and avoid all caffeinated and alcoholic drinks.

Strive for decaffeinated (even though it still has a bit of caffeine). Depending on how sensitive your body is to caffeine and ephedrine in the first few days, I would hold back on drinking decaffeinated drinks for the first few weeks, so your body could build a tolerance for it.

I'm at week 4 now, I drink decaffeinated drinks cause I know my body has gotten used to the stimulants, and I don't feel any ill effects at all. As a matter of fact, all the side effects that we've discussed in this thread has diminished for me.

Okay, so I'm very curious about this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I do intense cardio regularly, about 4 times a week and I also lift 3-4 times a week. If I were to take EC stacks, should I only do it on the days I lift and avoid them on days I do my intense cardio?

Depends what your goals are. Some take this as a pre-workout supplement for energy, others take it as a fat loss aid.

This is only my first week (day 7 was tonight) and my jeans feel lose and not even the belt, which at first it would only make it into the first hole LOL, can keep it in place! And now its on the last hole

So I take that you want to cut, follow the instructions on hotnfit, and cut out the high intensity cardio.

Same, unless he's 500lb, there's no way he could lose that much in a week.

Purchased EC today, starting tomorrow. Thinking of doing 4 weeks worth, then take a break and see how to proceed. Sound about right?

Any tips? (not gonna lie, kinda scares - heart wise)

Will post results in 4 weeks. Starting weight 221.

I'd avoid super intense cardio altogether. The thermogenic effects continues even on days you don't take the stack, and for several weeks after you stop.

Start suuuper slow, drink lots of water, don't ignore side effects if you come across any.

Week 2 of off cycle.

Still sweating more than before starting cycle, appetite noticeably smaller. I had headaches and a short temper when first coming off, but that was because I didn't gradually ween the caffeine out, I just stopped it altogether lol.

Follow the hotnfit chart and start off slow. Don't take EC if you have preexisting health conditions like heart problems. Drink lots of water, and immediately get off of the stack if you suffer severe side effects. Take your last dosage 6-8 hrs before u sleep, otherwise you'll stay up.

Yeah, I can vouch for the mood issue too. I notice that I am easier to be irritated. Kind of like short temper. Thankfully I make myself remember that this is a side effect, so I can consciously suppress it.

I'm about to be off EC. Very positive results. I'll miss the early morning super energy boost.

Thx for the tip guys.

Yea, I remember when I used thermapro few years ago (fat burner with ephedrine) I'd have crazy mood swings. A buddy of mine almost beat up a guy during a soccer game and we would always be raging.

First of all, at 292, your body fat is NOT at 18-20%, not even if you're 7 ft. tall, if you're reading this off your home weight/bf% scale, IT'S WRONG. The only way to accurately measure your BF% is to get it professionally done.

Secondly, by first week, do you mean first week on the stack or your exercise/diet regime?

which is why i think 292 is wrong lol and im 6'5. And in feb-march i got my BF done in my PE class in gr 12 by my PE teacher (she pinched and did all that stuff thats to be done) so i know its around there, might be 21-22% i forget LOL

and i mean by the first week i mean of stack. been doing exercise for a while now

Drop the Aspirin and supplement with fish oil and multi-vitamin.
