so i did the first dose, 1 E and 1/2 C and I felt a bit of a rush but not much since i drink plenty of 1mr, razor8, coffee etc. Cant wait to fully start the stack.
As per your suggestions, I purchased Adult Multivitamins and Salmon & Fish oils..correct ones?
Do I just take them as prescribed on the back of their box, or do I take a couple everytime I pop an EC?

I'd take the vitamins and fish oils as prescribed. You can take it with the EC stack but just however many per day it suggests.

vitamart.ca is cheaper if you buy in bulk..
I bought 12 bottles of Ephedrine for $40 bucks.. works out to be $3.33 per bottle, and free shipping over $50. Ordered on a Monday night, got it by Wednesday morning.

question about EC... would it be okay to use it purely as an appetite suppressant? if not, what could some alternatives be?

Just eat well and exercise, its not worth it in the long run.
im taking 2 2:1 doses a day, this is purely for pre workout. and i found that my appetite was gone for the first 3- 4 days, but its through the roof now and i constantly want to eat! its like i have the munchies after a certain activity...ahem. hahah

im on day 14, doing 3 2x1 , it almost doesnt hit me..i think im very tolerant to it LOL im sure ill feel it once again at 3x1

Affect begins to go away after 2 weeks. effect doesnt get any stronger.

you guys can't just take eca stack and not expect to work out and get skinny.
and you guys are od'ing on ephidrine. I just did a stack before my workout. What you guys are doing are making me go 0_o

I take hydroxycut hardcore + prework outs and I have a very hard time sleeping.

Done 1wk as of today, still don't feel anything. Fuck I can do 2e and 1c and fall asleep lol.
