thinking of stopping this. The last 2 days i've been getting headaches and im believing its becus of the eca stack and my multivitamins perhaps counter-acting eachother lol soo if anyone wants to buy the rest of my ephe and caff pills lemm eknow! still got about 3-4 botttles of ephe and 150 caff pills or so

How long have u done it for?

I'm finally to point where doing 3e 1c x 3.. And I still feel no effects. I see a change in fat loss, but I don't get shakes or feel hyper. For all I know, I'm taking placebo's.

^ do you find you sweat more at the gym? At full dosage I didn't feel hyper or get the shakes either, but noticed I'd be soaked with sweat at the gym, especially on Squats and Deads. Feels good.

Lol I sweated more before because I'd do cardio and hiit.. But yea, I think doing just squats and DL, I may sweat more doing those excersizes.

so did you cut HIIT out of your routine? or just skip the EC on days you did HIIT?

i just finished my 3rd week so im 3e 1c x 3 and im like you. no effects or shaking or anythin but i do feel fat loss. a thing that sucks too tho is that sometimes i feel like its muscle loss lol my man boobs seem flabbier :fuckthatshit:

I cut all form of cardio other than light incline walk and post lift 15min biking. Been pushing myself on weights. Just came back from gym and yea, sweated lots on deads.

I notice my chest, arms and shoulders seem tighter (more defined) and its just my belly flab now. Good news is with my fasting diet, I finally broke my plateau and lost 3 pounds within the last wk.

Ya thanks. Been 2 wks since I started stack, and 3 days for IF. Decided to look at 2 weeks ago picture, and altho I've lost only 3 pounds, I can tell I've lost a bit of gut, and pants that were tight last month to get on, I needed a belt today. Just adds to the motivation.

What's your story? Have you lost a lot of weight before?

Any tips?

no, i started off skinny-fat at 145 @ 5'8", then started 5x5 and bulking, got up to 160 but still with a bit of belly, cut down for summer to 150 using IF and ECA but with much lower bf%.

Wow, some great info in here, I had literally no idea about EC stacking. Couple Questions though.

Ive never done something like this, Ive done alot of stuff like p90x ect, and I play soccer fairly intensely about 4 times a week. I dont do p90x anymore. Just soccer, would it be safe to start an EC stack? Losing weight has always been as issue. Is it as simple as order Caffine and Ephedrine pills and get some fish oil and then follow the dosage guide?

i was told it might not be good to do EC stack followed by some intense cardio because the EC causes your heart to pump a lot faster..and adding the intense running, im sure it cant be good ! but take that as you please, wether you dont mind doing it , go for it just know you've been warned, or you dont wanna do it thats fine. If you do buy some, go to xfuel on boundary and lougheed (right beside BJ bmw) and ask the guy there for 6 bottles of epi and 2 of caff and tell them a buddy referred you there and it comes out to like 46$. Preetty cheap

they sell it there too. I didn't though, you dont really need it but i believe it's good to have? To each it's own haha

So do you guys take fish oil pills with everytime you take EC dosage in the day? Also I dont do weights, but I do alot of martial arts training. would that be ok for my heart if i took EC and went training? Thanks

it states not to take it if doing something that will increase your heart rate a lot ..so prob martial arts wouldn't be a good idea with it

Look into intermittent fasting if you have not.
