Who was it?

SO who all got impounded Thursday night for excessive speeding Thursday night? One group got clocked on the S2S and the other group was clocked coming back over the 2nd narrows bridge.
I think there were at least 5 bikes impounded.
Who got a call from a friend asking for a ride home that night.
Come on guys, it's the long weekend with the worst statistics for accidents. You have to remember that there are more patrols out there.

I thought that it was common knowledge that there are more police patrols on long weekends. Not to mention that it is also the end of the month.

It's hard not to speed, i mean a flick of a wrist and you're off. like someone above mentioned, just gotta be smart about where you speed.

I never go past 70 on great northern way(2nd ave near vcc) or down terminal street(coastal ford, flea market, dueck gm). but really, once a cop has his donut and coffee in hand he'll camp wherever he wants, he's set for a couple hours.

Respect your bike and don't be a squid is my $0.02

I'd got less on Great Northern Way if I were you. My friend's got a civic sedan, no rice, no flash. Just plain stock. Cops love hiding out on that stretch of road. Might seem like a good stretch, but you're better off going somewhere more twisty and take it slow.

They do, and they're always hiding on the north side as I've noticed around the art school/cat building(combat auto theft). I'd go slower, but traffic flow itself seems to be 65-70km/h around that area.

I do go slower nowadays though due to the construction going on there now, they've got debris and metal plates now on both sides of the lane, inch high at least. take it easy around that area during rainy days.

Offtopic, but that custom 07-09 blue & black(custom paint, real nice scheme imo) ninja zx6r is sexy on great northern way, see it parked there in the morning on most weekday mornings.
