Broken screen help

Hey guys

Anybody successful in fixing a broken touch screen LCD? I think I bumped into something or I flexed it too much and it was like this after I pulled my phone out of my pocket one time.
I've seen replacement LCD screens on ebay and was wondering if it would probably fix my phone or if there is more to the problem. The glass is fine btw. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

It's a pain in the ass to do it yourself as it requires the entire phone to be taken apart. As well the glass is glued to the lcd/digitizer. Plus it's a Z hinge phone so might be harder there as well.

Edit: Actually the LCD is seperate from the digitizer/glass portion but still a pain in the ass.

Thanks. There's also a youtube video somewhere that show's you what to do.

A new LCD is about 40 bucks, not a whole lot to lose if it doesn't work or if I can't put it back together.

Do you think just swapping LCD screens will fix this or do you think there's more to it than that.

I think it's just the LCD cause the bottom right corner looks physically screwed up
