total bill for 2 hours was $580. at $15 per head on 22 players, that is still not enough to cover. Hillcrest is pretty expensive. without my "friend" discount on Richmond ice centre that night we played, it came out to only $360 and thats including insurance.

why don't you try to get ric again? or even 8 rinks... doesnt have to be hillcrest.. but like i posted above.. 15 bucks a person 26 ppl. 1.5 hrs is honestly enough.. no one ever rents out 2 full hours

you can doo it haymura!

8 rinks has a special 105/h + tax but you need to buy three at a time. So still for two hours that's only 30 bucks a person for three sessions. But the times are not the best. Lots of early morning week days or late night week days.

26 players for 1 1/2 hours of ice time is too much players. i dont think ppl will enjoy if there are too many ppl. it will definitely cover the cost but might compromise playing enjoyment.

Honestly, tha majority of pickups i go to roughly have 3 lines up front and 4 on D. Just ensure people skate hard and get off, and don't coast around.. ahem.. raybot, ahem... haha

up to you though. i am sure you will still get people signing up

If you noticed, with 2 sets of forwards, people were getting tired at the 1 hour mark. 3 sets of forwards is best, imo.

If you guys need an extra player I'd love to play! It would be my first time playing ice though but I know how to skate and handle a puck.
