I didn't notice any throttling yesterday when I was tethering about 2GB of data in a span of 4 hours. However, I am more worried about being throttled after reaching 5GB for this billing cycle.
Can anyone confirm if Mobilicity still throttles after 5GB of use?

Rogers is fine.

Mobilicity sucks guys. Dont bother . I went back to fido after being with mobilicity for one year. Too many dropped.cals. Too many dead spots. Highway one,sfu,ubc etc. Too many missed calls . People telling me theyd have to try call 2-3 times to get through I missed a few job offers b/c employers couldnt get through. Data is slow as hell . Theres pretty wifi spots anywhere you go now. Its not worth it guys..i would rather pay the extra dollar a day for lte data speeds and reliability..
