i swapped my old bts plan with this new one!

I haven't really read the above posts but why? Is this new one better for some reason? I still have the BTS 25 from last year with ulim talk,text,data and call display.

has mobi service improved since last year? was going to switch but ended up getting my rogers credits renewed and stayed.

This year has callwaiting, forwarding, and 3 way chat included.

However, if you make the switch, you will be missing out on your 2 dollar pac credit.

What's is pac credit?

I think it's when you sign up with them, and you sign up for pre-authorized credit card payment, they give you some sort of discount/credit.

Whoa~ I think Mobilicity reduced the discount on the Galaxy Nexus by $50. Pretty sure it used to be $299 earlier in the month.

EDIT: After an 30 minute hold time, the CSR informed me i lost the promo because I changed credit cards (due to CC fraud). Jan 2012 was the last time that code could be added so i lost out. they switched me onto the "new" BTS plan.

I started using Mobillicity in September 2011 and I never got this $2 off thing :tears:

you had to make an online account and manually add in the promo code "2OFF" yourself, or call in and get a CSR to do it. it wasn't automatic.

has mob been expanding their network? when i first signed up a year ago i couldn't get a few blocks past the zone in richmond (steveston). now i seem to get anything from 1 to 2 bars :ahwow:

of course my office did move about 20 feet closer to the window :lawl:

is it worth getting rid of my $80/m plan from Rogers and switching to Mobilicity?

I remember playing with my friends phone on Mobilicity awhile back and internet speed is ridiculously slow, and he gets dropped calls half the time.

Is it worth the switch?
