I think the heavy weights are going to be up top for the new challenge this week. Just an assumption.

Damn it why does it have to be standing. I just started doing standing presses.... I'll do it twice.. Once standing tomorrow and once sitting on Sunday.

crappy workout on my last split day, but so far



update as of 9/8/2011:

dhillon09 13@110lbs

(45 lb bar, 25+5+2.5/side + whatever the shitty clip things weigh)

I snatched it off the ground for the first rep, so if you don't wanna count that, it was 7 reps. This was at the end of my set, will go back and try again.

Goal is to be doing 200+lbs (ideally, 2 plates... man .. i get a hardon at the thought of mil-pressing 225lbs).

18 for 240 is preetty good to me :)

Anyhow, busted a 85 for 3 reps, not going any higher, try 60lbs another day
