shit...im weak. lols. 78.5lbs first time around was 45secs, then 30sec then 30sec.....my forearms killed itsself.

Gave this one a go at the end of my workout after some stiff legged deads and lat pull downs. Does it ever burn the hands.

and if you cant do it for very long, its a good test to see if you really need straps, or just need to work on your grip!

I've been off squats for almost 2 weeks due to two chronic knee problems. So that's very challenging. I don't think I can get one rep up nowadays. 170*2 = 340lbs. I know I can do 3 plates for 2.
