Gave this one a go at the end of my workout after some stiff legged deads and lat pull downs. Does it ever burn the hands. 92 x 45 seconds. |

Im extending this to tomorrow cuz it doesnt look like alot of people have done it yet (myself included) GO DO IT! and if you cant do it for very long, its a good test to see if you really need straps, or just need to work on your grip! |
