WEEK 8 - SUNDAY OCTOBER 2 TO SUNDAY OCTOBER 9 Challenge: wide grip PULL UPS. as many as you can in a row rules: do as many wide grip pull ups as you can in a row without stopping. do not use any cheating motion to help like kicking or swinging your legs. must go to 95% or better extension. why?: wide grip pull ups are a fantastic way to work your back and add width. secondary muscles used include shoulders and arms. this is strictly for fun, so use your own honor and dont cheat. |

I got 10 today. Hands slightly closer but still wider than shoulder width. I'm not going to count this for the challenge though as I feel they weren't true "wide grip" pull ups. Berz out. |

How wide would you say your hand have to be to qualify for this challenge. I'm not nit picking I'm just wondering what you guys consider wide grip. Wide grip would have your arms in a W shape at the top rather than an inverted M right? Berz out. |

11 @ 198lbs I've bulked up by almost 20lbs, but I can still do the same amount as I used to do at a lower weight for all my body weight exercises, weird |
