Sounds good but we should change that one to chinups as we have a wide grip challenge later on. Since there is no "arm" challenge chinups is the closest thing..... Edited it for you hope you don't mind....

Also lets see some more vids this time around!!! I'll be videoing every challenge this time. I challenge you all to post up some vids!

There won't be a deadlift challenge. Were not going to do something that is really easy to fuck up on and hurt yourself. Especially once you get fatigued.

Lame. Personally, I disagree and believe that once you have the form down you really can't screw it up when lifting below a certain weight. Just need to know your boundaries. If you lift too heavy then of course you'll be more likely to hurt yourself, because you will be sacrificing form for weight.

Haha mayhaps I will post a vid of high rep, but there is no way in hell that I could lift 6 plates each side. Holy shit, I can only dream.

As of right now, most of us are calling BS for 100 reps of 225lb DL.

19 @ 175 lbs. 21 but I swung a little for the last reps so I didn't count 'em.

I could've had more if my grip didn't give in. Will try again on Monday or Tuesday.
