Sounds good but we should change that one to chinups as we have a wide grip challenge later on. Since there is no "arm" challenge chinups is the closest thing..... Edited it for you hope you don't mind....

There won't be a deadlift challenge. Were not going to do something that is really easy to fuck up on and hurt yourself. Especially once you get fatigued.
By reverse grip you mean palms facing away from you?

Lame. Personally, I disagree and believe that once you have the form down you really can't screw it up when lifting below a certain weight. Just need to know your boundaries. If you lift too heavy then of course you'll be more likely to hurt yourself, because you will be sacrificing form for weight.
