First weeks results are not a fair comparison as most people did pullups rather than chin ups. I see a drastic decrease in the amount of people posting up this week though. Good job everyone and thanks for participating lets see some more vids in the future!!!
WEEK 11 - Thursday November 3rd - Thursday November 10th
Challenge: SQUATS (*with your body weight worth of weight, including the bar). as many as you can in a row
rules: do as many full squats as you can in a row without stopping. do not stop for longer than you would in a regular set.
must go to beyond parallel or deeper (ATG).
why?: The squat is the king of all exercises!
*eg if you weigh 170lbs. bar (45) + 45x2 (90) + 10x2 (20) + 5x2 (10) +2.5x2 (5) = 170lbs
Post up your body weight, along with your result for comparison too
this is strictly for fun, so use your own honor and dont cheat.
We are starting all the challenges over again as I feel that each major muscle group was well represented in the previous challenges. I'm not going to do a "curl in the squart rack" challenge or a handstand pushup challenge as those are covered with previous ones. This is a chance to see if you've improved over the past 2 months as well still promoting some competition. If anyone has a particular challenge they want to do throw some ideas out and we'll see what we can make work.

Today was supposed to be squat day but my back is still recovering from Tuesday's onslaught so I think I'll do it tomorrow. Might also post a pic up as I've lost weight recently
Well we have the Overhead Press.... it's a little more compound than a seated military.

I was thinking of the military press that's like a pushup, I'm probably calling it by the wrong name. It's a like a half pushup half dip, on your knuckles, palms in. Gotta do it on a hard surface, see how tough you guys are
