32 shit that's a nice number! I really hope I can do better than my last attempt at this. I feel stronger overall but lets see how the muscle endurance is now.

haha when you last saw me I was probably well over 200. Training almost every day for 2 years sure does help :)

Not lean enough - need to get down to 160 to compete in lightweight. It's so ridiculously hard. Fawk.

Challenge day Brah's. Had a rough ROUGH weekend but to sum it up, I'm not to optimistic today lol. Might have to give it a go and then try again on Thursday if I suck really bad. As before I'll be posting up a vid.

rules: do as many full squats as you can in a row without stopping. do not stop for longer than you would in a regular set.
must go to beyond parallel or deeper (ATG).

Berz 27 @ 200lbs.... will post vid when I get home. I'll try again on thursday as I had no food in me going to the gym and had a rough rough weekend. I'm sure I could do 30 with some carbs and a rockstar in a me before the challenge haah.

I'm not at the point in training where I can be answering "challenges" lol. I am in calorie restriction mode + I am fat :okay:

I can't imagine doing 20 squats at bodyweight right now
