32 shit that's a nice number! I really hope I can do better than my last attempt at this. I feel stronger overall but lets see how the muscle endurance is now.
Challenge day Brah's. Had a rough ROUGH weekend but to sum it up, I'm not to optimistic today lol. Might have to give it a go and then try again on Thursday if I suck really bad. As before I'll be posting up a vid.
WEEK 11 - Thursday November 3rd - Thursday November 10th
Challenge: SQUATS (*with your body weight worth of weight, including the bar). as many as you can in a row
rules: do as many full squats as you can in a row without stopping. do not stop for longer than you would in a regular set.
must go to beyond parallel or deeper (ATG).
Berz 27 @ 200lbs.... will post vid when I get home. I'll try again on thursday as I had no food in me going to the gym and had a rough rough weekend. I'm sure I could do 30 with some carbs and a rockstar in a me before the challenge haah.
Everyone is a god damn beast in here. I'll try this tomorrow.
You should notice it's only a handful of people doing these challenges haha
