Alright, I finally tried the dip challenge. So what if it's 3 weeks late.
185 x 20, which was my goal.

Leg day tomorrow, i'll give the squat challenge a go. 15 is the goal.

WEEK 12 - SATURDAY MOVEMBER 12 TO SUNDAY MOVEMBER 20

Challenge: DUMBELL BENCH PRESS WITH HALF YOUR BODYWEIGHT IN EACH HAND as many as you can in a row
rules: do as many full PRESSES as you can in a row without stopping. do not stop for longer than you would in a regular set.
must go to your normal depth
why?: CHEST brah! Fantastic upper body lift using chest, shoulders, arms.

eg. If you weight 200lbs you would have a 100lb dumbell in each hand.

Post up your body weight, along with your result for comparison too like follows:
Revscene - 10 @ 100lbs


This is strictly for fun, so use your own honor and dont cheat.

I stopped doing flat barbell bench because of my shoulders (peaked @ 3 plates :() so for this one i'm probs going to do 85 lb dumbbells instead.
Personally I think a body-weight dumbbell challenge would be WAYYY more difficult.

I'm def not winning this challenge. Half my body weight in each hand is the 100s, and I can only do like 5 of those :(

DB press challenge.

Splmash 13 @ 175lbs (used 90s)

Previously thought it was 14 but apparently my spotter helped a bit on the last one, so 13. Will try again tomorrow during chest day. I did it today after squats, didn't warm up much.

EDIT: I found 2 brand new body building.com tee and 2 lb of ON whey protein that can go out to future winners, I don't take supplements anymore. granted if prizes are involved, a video submission is necessary and Halo can't participate =]
