This ones going to be ugly. Can we cheat and go to the closest weight under our body weight. With me that would be 90's as I weigh 185 rather then 95's(190) as I probably won't get past 2 :p

haha was just wondering the same thing about rounding down I am 197 and never even attempted 100 lbs.

Okay so decided not to do this challenge on my chest day, too exhausted. Leg day sounds better.

I rounded up instead of down.

The ones lower were 97lb (most gyms label 100's wrong because they count the plates on the DB's but don't take the bar into consideration)

Couldn't find a decent place for video so no vid for this one. I "may" try again and get a buddy to video it later in the week.

^ I don't know, my warm up for the set of 11 was pretty weak (50lbs x 12) then (75lbs x 6)
Maybe my chest/tris weren't "activated" yet. I also saw my ex @ the gym, so maybe that activated some inner beastmode :haha:

And yeah I do lift, creep my older posts if you've got the time :thumbsup:

Did legs today, so I decided to do the challenge at the end of my workout.

3 warmup sets, leading up to

14 reps @ 75lb

My dumbbell is pure garbage lol I can rep over 20+ on the bench press with 150lb, yet I struggled to hit 14 with 75s :okay:

Yeah i think thats normal too. What i like to think is that you can bench 2.5x more than you dumbbell press in working sets. Works about to be pretty accurate to me :P
