Wish I could participate in these types of challenges but I have tendonitis in my fingers, and if I grip something for a long period of time, they feel all fucked up and my workout in general will then suffer. I never go over 8 reps with deadlifts.

I tried again today. I'll post vid when I get home. I can STILL feel my forearms from the last time lol. No idea on time I had my eyes closed and tried to zone out. I know I was in pain a lot sooner and a lot longer than last time though lol. If Splmash did anything over 2 mins I think he's going to get the win. If I bettered my time I'll call that a personal success haha.

Edit. Ok so I timed it and I got by my count 1:53 seconds. LOL. It's so close that I guess we'll need an outside judge to watch and time them if it's for the win.

haha Nice! It's fucking tough! It's also because the blood has to travel UPHILL to your forearms and your hands also your shoulder position limits blood flow so you really run out of endurance fast in that position

AAnthony I actually spat my coffee out as I was scrolling down and saw the name of that video hahaha.

It's funny because you "think" you'll be able to re-grip to get more time but by the time it's actually time to re-grip all you can think about is the pain in your hands and if you let go to re-grip there is no fucking way I'll be able to get a better grip than the death claw that is now my hand haha.
