the idea is to do something different, on an even playing field, that everyone from vets to noobs can do. stop complaining and just do it. its one set out of your weekly routine. do it on your last set. if you can squat 300, squatting 150 should be no sweat! so power out 15 and have some fun. your body likes the shocking change too ;) |

tried the squat challenge today. I'm 173....didn't warm up, went straight to 175 and did 15 slow controlled reps. Positive I could have done way more had I done a few warm up reps @ 135, but I was worried about tiring myself out. I'll try again in a few days Posted via RS Mobile |

Wish i read this weeks challenge sooner. Today I got dhillon09 - 8 @ 225lbs thats the closest i went to my BW (about 10 lbs more than I weigh). Will try to beat that on thursday. |
We should also include if we are on any pre-workout, or does that matter? |
