Haha My 1 RM is shit, only 405. One thing I do is deadlift once a week, every week. I also go to the gym only once a week. I make my way to the platform, crap out a bunch load of deadlifts, squats, or cleans then crawl my ass back to the car. I'll make a video in time, no problem. Back on topic, who else did the challenge? Remember to keep your neck contracted and shoulders tight, as if you were to hold a pencil between the scapulas. Also, try to keep the abs tight and pushed out aswell. |
Weighed myself and I gained 2lb (153), so I rounded it up to 155lb (plate + 10) Last 6 or 7 was not as deep, but it was definitely passed parallel. So.. Fcukedd for 42 @ 155lb or Fcukedd for 36 @ 155lb Better than I thought :D |

im trying to come up with a formula where we can even the playing field for low rep, high weight things. like weight x reps / bodyweight type thing. to come up with a better number for comparisons. but the white chicks thread is more entertaining atm. ive got challenges for the next 2 weeks, after that we can come up with some different things. try to keep the chatter about that down for now to not distract from the current one tho. |

In the end, it will come down to repsm for example, your weight in bench or your weightx1.5 for reps etc.. unless you say whoever has highest 1rm per weight class. |
