Workout Weekly Challenge do u accept? Every week I will post a new challenge for you bros. The idea is to give everyone something a little different to try and post up about. Most things will be simple variations on things you already do, with some way to level the playing field between the big and small guys at the same time. It will be entirely for fun and bragging rights. I will post the challenge Sunday evening, and it will run until the following Sunday evening when I will post the next one. SUNDAY AUGUST 14 TO SUNDAY AUGUST 21 Challenge: PULL UPS (any variety). as many as you can in a row rules: do as many pull ups as you can in a row without stopping. over hand, underhand, wide grip, neutral grip, whatever. do not use any cheating motion to help like kicking or swinging your legs. must go to 95% or better extension. why?: pull ups are a fantastic way to work your upper back. variations can hit everything from thickening your mid back to outer back to adding a width to your lats. shoulders and arms also come into heavy play. it is an even exercise because whether you are 135lbs and weak or 250lbs and strong, you're moving your own body weight doing a fundamental movement. Post up your body weight, and number of years training along with your result for comparison too this is strictly for fun, so use your own honor and dont cheat. can someone sticky this? |

Stuck. Will do the challenge on Bicep day. Doubt I can do more than 10 though haha ;) I'll be doing close grip underhand. Mostly biceps as my back is weaksauce when it comes to pullups. Berz out. |

Yes my first muscle up was in December, and I worked my way up to 6-7 in a row lol |
12 pull-ups overhand shoulder width apart.. 165 lbs, wrestling and rugby in high school, "training" on and off for ~4 years. I put quotations because I like to try different unorthodox programs. My peak was 18 pull-ups after p90x. Now I'm trying out different specifics from Tim Ferriss' 4-Hour Body, so I've been bulking for the past month or so. |

^ thats really good i did sholder width underhand tonight, but i wont post till i see if i can beat what i did tonight before sunday im not 100% satisfied with what i was able to do haha |
