Suggestions on phone plans?
Can fellow RS members recommend some phone plans that will address my needs?

Where I live/work: Richmond/Vancouver
Why I need a phone plan: Business related, I need to communicate with people all over Canada
How many minutes do I need per month: 180-240minutes

I look forward to your feedback, if I leave out any information please let me know. Thank you.

wind or mobilicity has the best value but might not be best quality

starting a new phone number with big 3 is not really worth it either because of the shitty plan

sounds like you need a plan with unlimited calling across Canada. Rogers has that for $50 per month.
If you are with someone already, you should look at the retentions thread or check out www.howardforums.com
