Dropped once. Has small chips, monstly on the back battery cover which can be bought at JP Cell Repair for $25. There are only two chips that are not on the battery cover, one on the volume rocker, and the other above the headphone jack.
Unlocked and rooted and is on SuperAosp 8.6 right now.
Not sure what the exact lifetimer is because I constantly install new ROMS onto the phone, but I've had the phone since May and my bill says my call time is over 1000 minutes per month.
