Considering this is in Russia, I assume these people probably own the police department, and that if any cop did seize these cars they wouldn't be waking up the next morning...

And the GTR with the Wald Black Bison kit is giving me a third leg........

No charges laid.
I got ticketed like that, some lady did a hit and run in a truck because she was hardcore raging and people started saying i was racing her and shit. So cops came to my place gave me a ticket, douchebag felt big of himself so he told me not to dispute the ticket. disputed and the pig didnt even show up.

None of them got caught on Highway 99. They were all stopped on 152nd street near the end of White Rock (Semiamhoo). They were probably heading towards the beach.

doesnt matter if they were caught speeding with a radar gun or not. they have enough calls to know these kids were doing stupid shit. if the speeding tickets dont seem sufficient because of no actual radar gun they can just give tickets for "stunting".

There's a time and place to act like fools but acting like fools during rush hour in a multiplicity that is controlled by the RCMP isn't one of them.

I really hope the RCMP comes down hard on all the owners because I'm sure some of us have be tailed or cut off by idiots like these guys who think they're in a video game and have no regard for the safety of other drivers and pedestrians.

Confiscating cars - NOT
Suspending license for 1+ year - YES

Cars could get confiscated if drivers are charged with criminal offense, If the calls where made by private citizens and there are no factual evidence for criminal charge then cars won't be taken away.

I am against confiscation and rather see these kids loose their license for a long time. Confiscation is a cheapshot way for province to fill their coffers.

The point isn't whether it's right or wrong...Well it actually it is...But logistically speaking, the law is the only thing that matters.

So if these kids can afford $100K+ cars...they can afford very expensive lawyers who will be able to use all these loopholes to get them out of any real punishment.

At the end of the day, you can easily dispute a speeding ticket if there wasn't any equipment or a Peace Officer to record and witness the incident in question. The drinking and driving example is different and obviously stupid to even bring up because once someone has given the police reasonable cause to investigate a DUI, they can simply administer a breathalyzer.

You can't administer a speed-a-lizer to see if someone was speeding 20minutes prior to the point where they were pulled over. At the end of the day, we are dealing with a legal system that requires a burden of proof on the part of Crown and reasonable actions will be taken based on what they can prove and what they cannot.

I hope all their licenses get suspended for driving like douches~ One thing to note, it would really suck if you had a super car and were just cruising in the area that day...

Was the Ferrari/M3 driving up Seymour caught on radar/laser? Or was it solely based on witness testimony?
