Deer Lake Parkway

Once again, riding through the area, I saw flashing lights again. It's the 4th time this week I've seen cars busted along this stretch of road! I know the road is nice and flat, while slightly winding and trees on the side make it seem deserted and a perfect place to rip it, but this stretch of road is totally known to the police.

If you're going to be an idiot and go speeding late at night, please pick a better stretch. Somewhere that isn't 2 minutes from the police station. Somewhere the cops don't routinely camp out.

I'm not even sure I should have posted this up as if you're dumb enough to speed there, you deserve to be caught. But since I'm riding there all the time, I'd prefer not to get killed by a newb driver who's satellite parents bought them something ridiculously overpowered for their skill level.

k thanks for hearing me out on this rant.

I use to always drive this stretch, but then it became too mainstream.

Some of them start at DL Avenue

Whenever i go to Metro via DL Avenue from my buddies place at night, i always see speeders weaving through DL Avenue, or coming back from Parkway into Avenue to exit off.

Yes they usually stick to Parkway, but when they do go through Avenue, these 2 corners are really dangerous

They won't speedbump DL Avenue.... especially considering it's a bus & police route..
I'd be REALLY surprised if they ever did.
