Best/Free long distance: Vancouver to UK
 
My girlfriend is moving to London for a bit and I'm trying to figure out a way to stay in touch the easiest and cheapest way possible.

She has:
-iPhone 3G
-laptop

Me:
-Android phone
-laptop
-tablet (Android + TouchPad)

What do you guys suggest?

it has the overall best video/audio quality (last i checked anyways)

Checked out Viber...it's not too bad, slight delay. Very similar to Skype in operation.

Worked between my phone (Android) and hers (iPhone 3G).

viber is a hit or miss, there are times when the connection would go from good to poor quality for no reason, running on 3g or wifi


but its an easy to use app, no need to sign up for an account, just both phones need the app installed
