Having 99 cent Ikea breaky in Portland right now. Bacon.… mmmmm, and free coffee and wifi, LOL.

Going to Carhart store which is across the street. No tax shopping plus $800.00 tax exempt when crossing border. Hope the duty free shop has a good selection of ice wine, my favourite.

I had a free night voucher with Best Western that was going to expire soon. 5-1/2 hour drive is nothing for me. As long as I spend a minimum 48 hours in the US and get back to work by Monday morning, I'm good to go. Good thing Operation Rev Nose meeting wasn't this weekend.

For those that have a Scene movie card, how many points does it cost for a VIP ticket at Silvercity Coquitlam? The one that costs $19.50 normally... is it still 1000 points only?

skyxx 01-06-2013 11:30 PM

^ Yes. All movies at the moment are redeemable at 1000 scene points. So it's best to save the scene points for AVX/VIP movies.

Shhhh shut up! That is my secret source!

j/k (kinda). Daiso has two styles of the Squash, one in glass and one in plastic as shown. The plastic one is better and lasts longer, but I find neither are as strong as the expensive Japanese stuff.

Avoid the little clip on ones though, the squash ones of those smelled disgusting, had to throw it out right after I opened it.

Yesterday was super lolz, to me, anyways. First off, I locked my keys in my car, so I had to call my mommy to come give me the spare key. Had to drive from Langara, back home, and then to No. 5 road in Richmond to get to me :lol Then, my 4 year old faded and tattered jeans ripped in the side seam, on the thigh. It slowly got bigger, until it was nearly 8 inches long :lawl: I had to tie my hoodie around my waist to hide the gaping hole, and my hula girl boxers :haha: It didn't help that I was 'drifting' on an Ikea cart and nearly crashed, ripped it there too when I stuck my legs out to stop myself. Yeah, I'm totally mature

Cult YouTube gun channel presenter found shot to death on rural Georgia road
>Keith Ratliff was found shot to the head but had cache of weapons near him
>He ran YouTube channel with three million subscribers and all videos have been viewed more than a combined HALF BILLION times
>32-year-old man leaves behind a wife and two-year-old son

An operator of a highly popular YouTube channel dedicated to high-powered guns and explosives was found mysteriously shot to death, authorities said.
Keith Ratliff, who ran FPSRussia, YouTube's ninth most popular channel with more than three million active subscribers and a combined half billion views, was discovered on a rural road in Carnesville, Georgia.
Ratliff had a single gunshot wound the head and police are treating his death as a homicide.

When authorities made the grisly discovery on Thursday, they noticed there were several guns near Ratliff, according to a local radio station report.
'For him not to pull out that gun and try to defend himself, he had to feel comfortable around somebody. Either that or he was ambushed,' said Ratliff's heartbroken widow, Amanda.
'You know, it just doesn't really add up,' she told a television station.
'We all want to know and we all want justice to be done,' Amanda says. 'He had way to much to look forward to in his life.'
Amanda said their two-year-old son is having a terrible time adjusting to life without his father.
'It was really hard. To know that he's going to go the rest of his life without his dad,' Amanda said, as their child, Jayden, clutched a picture of his dad that was taken on Christmas Eve.
Besides running the YouTube channel, Ratliff was also the owner of FPS Industries, which works in customized weaponry.
It is located in Carnesville, which is about a 90 minute drive from Atlanta.

Ratliff, who lived in Frankfort, Kentucky, with his family, wrote on his LinkedIn profile about his company, 'After a life of loving firearms and computers. I have combined both into one great new business that offers both viral marketing and quality firearms from one place.'
FPS is short-hand for first person shooter amongst video gamers.

InvisibleSoul 01-08-2013 03:20 PM

Okay, so it's not the actual FPS Russia dude that you see in the videos.
