Curious what other peoples experiences were when Icbc's total loss department won't budge on initial offer? Even after showing prices higher, etc

Do you have valid reason demand for the higher price? ie Maintenance / part upgrades don't count. What kind of car? You can go to arbitration but unless you have a good leg to stand on (documented limited production, or it was apraised) etc. You usually don't have much to go on.

Yeah, that comparable vehicles in the area are higher than the offered. The vehicle used in their report is over 5hrs of driving. They seriously expect one to drive that far? for a comparable replacement? Unreasonable.

Today was the first day of the new "green cart" recycling (Richmond), and the garbage in our green cart was not completely disposed of. There is about 50% of garbage (grass) left.. Are there any rules that say they're supposed to completely empty our cart?
