Its the "dogtags" that kind of turn me off. Either color is ok but I'd go with the gold.

Looks like a regular bag to me, it's the way that ass hat is holding it. You could put a laptop in there and some files, but don't carry it around just because you need to put smokes, keys, lipbalm, and wallet.
