That's because volume and clearance processing. AFAIK US only will transport mail to 3 clearing locations in Canada and the UK on the other hand dont' give a damn once the mail left their country.

Plus the US is more strict because of certain events recently of course.

Should just start ordering more from the UK lol

But that conversion rate.... :denied:

Anyone know what model those new electronic dart machines that are popping all around Richmond are? Looking to see if they are affordable.

If not, could anyone recommend me some nicer looking electronic dart machines?

I don't know if anyone drives around the cambie and broadway area. But there has been a few times where I see a few police officers hiding behind the starbucks on cambie. I believe they try to catch people who turn right onto cambie southbound from broadway. I do not see any "no right turn" signs so I can't figure out what they are trying to catch. Anybody have any ideas?

Anyone have experience with transferring ticketmaster tickets?

I want tickets to a concert that's sold out. I'm buying more than one ticket so I'll be giving a person off craigslist a large amount of cash. I don't want to get screwed -- is there any way for them to transfer me the ticket that ensures they're 1) Valid, and 2) they won't be able to take them back once I pay for them?

Thanks in advance, Revscene.

punkwax 08-21-2013 07:03 AM

Perhaps try to meet at a ticketmaster location to verify authenticity?

House of Knives, maybe department stores like The Bay or Sears. Also maybe Homesense.

Night market has em too.

Yep, most department stores will have flasks. I got mine at the now defunt Zellers.

Honestly...you rarely use the thing. I've had mine for 2 years? used it less than 5 times? The opening to pour is a pain, you need a funnel.

punkwax 08-21-2013 03:39 PM

ebay if you're not in a rush..

JKam 08-21-2013 03:55 PM

got mine at duty free coming back from the states. Cost me $10 but I rarely use it.

Agree that it is a pain in the ass to fill and needing a funnel.
