Does anyone know why Motor Trend hasn't been on schedule with their Youtube videos for the past month?

Decided that it is not the brightest idea to lower my car, so gonna save up some more and spend it on wheels instead.

Have a few ideas lined up wanted to get some opinions

Option 1

Option 2

Option 3

CRS 04-15-2014 10:23 PM

Definitely option 3.

SpeedStars 04-15-2014 10:36 PM

IMO, option 3 if lowered, option 1 if not

definitely 3.. advan rs <3

Easy choice, go for #3

LP700-4 04-16-2014 08:54 AM

You guys would choose the most expensive ones :haha: Can probably only afford reps like rota g force. :okay:

No love for #2?

StylinRed 04-16-2014 09:43 AM

1 or 3 but 3<3

Save up and by the ones you really want... #3 blows all the others away

sonick 04-16-2014 09:46 AM

1 or 3 but not black.

If you didn't want an honest opinion, you shouldn't have asked!

kunoman1 04-16-2014 09:58 AM

I actually like option number 2

Gumby 04-16-2014 09:59 AM

I didn't know the prices of the wheels, and I still think option #3 looks best. :)

fliptuner 04-16-2014 10:06 AM

Aren't they all lowered though?

underscore 04-16-2014 10:14 AM

I like 3 best, 2 second best, 1 not at all, too BMW for me.

I like option 1 or 2 on the TL, the RS looks a bit too sporty/curvy for the TL imo. Definitely preferring the bright silver

I can't get my desktop to update the mandatory windows 8.1 update 1!!! Boots into black screen and hangs there. No support from MS... FML

1 is too BMW.

2 is just ok.

3 is too curvy.

I suggest TE37s.

They're hands down the best suited wheel to a TL.

They should be relatively widely available second hand, too.

The savings you could have from buying second hand could be put towards lowering springs, which is essential in my mind.

LP700-4 04-17-2014 10:09 AM

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I am talking with owner of a used set of #2 so we will see how that goes. Problem with TE37 is a lot of people are rockin them and the used market is all reps or 4k te37sl's

Im not too keen on lowering springs cause my driveway is retarded and i literally scrape occasionally at stock height. Maybe some H&R sports is all i can do but i'd have to do some measuring first.

FFS buddy's online txting has cost my gf and I $174 since we switched to Bell Mobility in February because its a US service. Nice unexpected expense for the month. Bills are rustling my jimmies lately.
