anywhere I can take a party of 20 adults to for a retreat in august 2015?

we're looking at camps like camp jubilee, sasamat, etc. The thing is, the camps require a minimum party of at least 55 and we are nowhere close to that.

Or, any activities that promote teamwork/bonding in vancouver that is exciting?

what do u guys think about this??

Random rant...I really hate Mayor Moonbeam Gregor, poorly planned and executed, waste of space bike lanes and now apparently the city is having building landlords conduct waste/garbage audits, the city is implementing a zero tolerance policy on compostable and recyclable waste in regular garbage in 2015 and could start fining businesses for non-compliance. We apparently failed our waste audit in preparation for this stupid policy, and we are talking about a few food scraps, tea bags and plastic utensils in the regular garbage. No one has time to sit there after eating lunch and to sort out every piece of food scrap and walk to separate containers when we're trying to work, such a waste of time and pain in the ass for businesses. So what's worst is the city is going to start paying people to go through our garbage to conduct garbage audits? What a waste of time and money.

melloman 09-11-2014 07:34 AM

^^They are trying to bring it into Burnaby & New West.

Unfortunately there are people that believe the waste of time is beneficial.. I for one laugh and think it's retarded. Maybe if they had a better plan, and didn't want to pick up the food waste every 2 fucking weeks, there wouldn't be such a "problem."

inb4 someone says, "He got voted in......where were you on election day?" I hate it when some douche says that. What if you voted for someone else? Not your fault there are so many hippy dipshits living in Vancouver, LOL.

I hate that fokker, too, but alas, I don't live in Vancouver.

GLOW 09-11-2014 09:49 AM

i have to admit though the pender bike lanes leading in to downtown are nice.

They should just make it 1 left turn lane into the viaduct instead of 2... there is literally no room if you use the second turn lane... but i guess bike traffic comes first before car traffic

UBC has a "Ropes Course" PAL Ropes Course|Home

I've never done it myself, but it may be worth looking into.

You should see the food court at waterfront downtown by the Fairmont

Cleaning staff literally lose their shit if you throw your garbage in the wrong bin or dont sort it properly

Anyone try to email Futureshops online support lately?

I've sent a couple messages and haven't had any response -_-

Going to have to find sometime to call them but thought I'd ask on here about their email support.

$16.00 flat rate refill at Superstore on Grandview Hwy.

Flat rate as in 16 bucks no matter how empty or full the tank is. I have two tanks, so I let the tank go down to zero to get best bang for the buck.

SpeedStars 09-14-2014 10:47 PM

For the dents you could try heat gun and get a smaller rubber hammer (or wrap a towel around a hammer) and hammer it out as you heat it. Had a friend who hit his dads car on a post and there was a huge ass dent...fixed it(ish) :accepted:

Razor Ramon HG 09-16-2014 05:19 PM

Does anyone remember the music video released late 90s/early 00s that had all the dudes in shiny silver clothes or suits?

punkwax 09-16-2014 05:25 PM

(For some reason can't reply to your post)

@ Hondaracer - guy I went to HS with started this company and apparently they do real good work: Paintless Dent Removal in Vancouver and Kelowna - Dent King

Check out the gallery for some before and afters.
