Do any of you have experience in purchasing fuel in bulk and/or mobile refueling?

We're burning roughly 4000 liters per month, so we're interesting in seeing whether there's a potential savings in buying through a supplier that deals with our type of business versus buying it a gas station, like we are now. We're thinking we'd get a tidy tank at our shop that holds about 2000 liters and get it delivered to us there.

check VP Fuels or Flashpoint Fuels

Last time when I called to check prices it was roughly 12 cents more per litre than the pump delivered to my yard.

I'm burning between 2000-2500 litres of diesel a month

Too bad, the 12 cent per liter premium pretty well negates the potential savings in labour.

Here's a reminder to be aware, and stay safe when buying/selling from Craigslist (or here!) Glad they caught the fucker, though!

Quote:

NORTH VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A man from New Westminster was robbed at gunpoint when he tried to buy a laptop off Craigslist.

It happened on Friday night near Edgemont Village in North Vancouver.

The victim had been texting with the seller and when he showed up, the suspect pulled out a gun and stole 675 dollars.

Corporal Richard DeJong with North Van RCMP says this is a good reminder to be careful when buying off Craigslist.

“You really don’t know who you may be dealing with. We always say to trust your instincts, use some common sense, maybe meet the potential seller in a very public place where other people may be around.”

The victim immediately called police and the 19-year-old suspect was arrested a short time later.

It is Sylvia Gung’s second application for the position, and she shows an effective mayor who uses any opportunity to empower citizens, since the position allows nothing for the real job – establishing wholesome society. This has been obvious through the pipeline business and others, such as the problems with the housing, health care, education, and so on. She details suggestions for the citizens to work toward indefinitely freezing the taxes and pay hikes, with the strengthened democracy, and lists some: 1) Banning election campaign, restoring citizens the sense of responsibility; 2) Banning behaviors that hints sex/ sexuality, even including Bridal Kiss and walking hand in hand, that hurt public decorum and lead to further violence; 3) Getting rid of the school board that acts as nothing but funnel to thwart its political agenda down the throat of the public education; 4) Innovating two backward organizations that are the unions and PAC’s.

You are not going to save any money. The delivery costs will kill that. The markup on fuel is very small.

Hoes serve an important role in society. Without them we would have no fun.

Total bachelor pad but damn what a house. Motivation to work harder!

Kev

ilovebacon 10-19-2014 01:26 AM

^85mill for that!! its gonna take my whole life to save up money and in the end i still wont be able to afford it..

MG1 10-19-2014 07:55 AM

Amazing house indeed. Motivation to work harder, indeed - as long as it isn't on the backs of others.

It is excessive. My question is, what's next? I would feel empty in a place like that.......... I would much rather hang out in a garage getting my hands dirty trying to fix a friend's car than having that kind of lifestyle. It's hard to put my finger on it, but watching that made me feel sorry for the ultra rich.

James Bond, Jim Stark........... I guess role models? BTW, anyone find that mural of James Dean to be off a bit? As in mirror image of the original? Oh wait.........

Hmmmmmm......... candy dispensers, Gundam, weapons on display, etc. Toys to keep one amused, I guess. Trophies without really being trophies.

I don't get it, because I'll never be in that league and I wouldn't be myself in a place like that. Having said that, better check my Powerball ticket next time I'm in the US. Beverly Hillbillies v.2.0

fliptuner 10-19-2014 09:01 AM

Yeah, it'd definitely have to suit your personality. I'd love to hang out there to watch the game, have parties and play poker but would rather go home to something like this:

Spoiler!

underscore 10-19-2014 11:30 AM

Honestly even with infinite money I'd never own a house like that, it's designed for douchebags who like to show off and nothing more. I'd be much happier with something like ICE BOY's setup above, a roomy but not too large house on a big, private piece of land withroom to play and a bigass shop for toys.
