I agree. |
Honestly, not a fuck given... Remembrance day is to celebrate those who fought for our ways of life and by altering such is an insult to those who fought so strongly to preserve it. They went to war so we can have our christmas decorations, not the other way around. |
Unless there is shit to peddle for Resemblance Day, then there is no point in preventing businesses from setting up for their biggest chunk of income for the year. Businesses aren't there to respect special holidays. They are there to capitalize on them. |
sorry, so if a meter is valid from 9am-10pm, can I park for free from 10pm-9am or is there a time limit? specifically along Alberni street. Thanks |

Parking when there is no signage | City of Vancouver Between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you can only park for three hours, but between 10pm and 9am you're good to go. |
Who votes for someone based on a election sign? So much waste/garbage created and it's an eyesore. |
So, heading north on Commerical Drive this afternoon, I see this father on a bike with one of those things that hold small children in tow. Dude is like booking it. I wait till left lane is clear and pass him. I'm about a block away when a pedestrian is about to cross the road. I slow down and come to a stop. This idiot doesn't see the pedestrian and slams on the brakes. He can't stop. His bike is like wobbling. I'm seeing this from my rear view mirror. Pedestrian runs out of the way. Fuark, the father is an idiot. I don't get why people use this type of setup to bring a child with them on a bike. At the next stop light, the father is now behind a motorcycle that is spewing really bad exhaust. I can smell it in my cabin. The child is like right there breathing that crap - tailpipe is basicalliy shooting the shit into kid's face. Father has no fucking clue that kid is being poisoned. Then I see another father pushing a buggy and crossing Commercial Drive with a kid standing up, not strapped in, and facing away. WTF is wrong with people nowadays? Do they not give two shits about their kids? |
It's Commercial Dr, the Hipsters just doing their hipster stuff. Quote:

If you don't have comprehensive insurance that covers windshields, what's the best/cheapest way to get a new windshield? The vehicle is a 1996 ford ranger |
find the windshield at a junk yard and have it installed? |

I would haunt anyone that touched my car too. http://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/...9j3qo6cclu.jpg Actor James Dean loved his 1955 Porsche Spyder. He had it extensively customized and affectionately called it his "Little Bastard." Apparently, the car was so transparently evil that Sir Alec Guinness, when meeting Dean for lunch, claimed ""If you get in that car, you will be found dead in it by this time next week." And Dean was. But the curse didn't stop there; when mechanics tried to repair the wrecked car, it fell on one of them, crushing both his legs. The car's new owner sold the engine and drivetrain to two racers; one lost control, hit a tree and died instantly, the other was injured when his car locked up and rolled over. Two thieves who tried to take pieces of the car were both injured. The car was then donated to a safety exhibit of the California Highway Patrol; the first exhibit caught fire, and the car fell on a student at the second, breaking his hip. It even managed to crush and kill a truck driver who was transporting it. The car has since disappeared, which is probably for the best. |
