Anyone familiar with the long-term reliability of the Kia Rio (3rd gen 2011+)? I'm looking at an LX+ECO but the direct injection and stop/start worry me a bit long term.

240sx drift

What would be some good initial upgrades to get what I'm going to assume is a stock 240sx able to drift?

a block of tofu in a bowl of water

LSD, stiffer rear springs, rear tower struts, and MOAR POWER. Or you could put on donuts on the rear wheels and you'll be drifting everywhere

Girl killed after learner driver hits 4 people at strip mall | CTV Vancouver News

Depending on how it all went down, I wonder if the "teacher" would/should get cited or charged.

Which brings up another point: as shitty as a lot of drivers are, can you imagine them teaching other people how to drive? :fulloffuck:

Wtf is with Costco getting rid of their onions/peppers/sauerkraut at their caffeterias? Now only relish/mustard/ketchup? That shit was a staple of my diet! Lol

sonick 04-22-2015 01:34 PM

^ There's a sign at the cashier that says you gotta ask them for it. At least in Richmond there was a sign.

at the langley costco one day i was lined up to get all the condiments on my dog, and there was a monk there, full blown like dalai lama looking guy. He had finished his drink/hot dog, and had washed out the cup with water from the fountain dispencer, he was then filling the cup to the brim with onions, and pepper lol, i'm assuming to take home

sonick 04-22-2015 03:26 PM

It's is a thing, particularly among Koreans (ghetto kimchi substitute?)... sounds like it's spread to Canadian Costcos:

Just to clarify. You may need a letter from where you're looking to be hired as well. If it is a non-profit, more often than not, your fee gets waived.

But all you need to do is go to the RCMP Police Department and fill out a form and pay a fee (if it is not waived). Helps to have a letter for the purpose of the record check as some are more in-depth than others.
