Look what I got today!
Look at what I got today........
Waited a long time for it.
This is the photoetch hand rail upgrade kit for the new Tamiya 1/350 Yamato static model kit. You place the stanchions on the ship and then you thread the copper wire through the eyes. Very realistic.
Aluminum gun barrels for same ship. even comes with shells!
The big guns from the largest ever battleship of WWII.
EDIT: Oh, shit.......... there's already a thread for this!

Ugh, so I got my computer back today from the NCIX and they charged me $80/hr to fix it. Apparently, nothing was replaced, so I basically paid them $179.20 for them to clean the dust and check out my hardware for 2hours..??!?!
Pretty crazy car accident, how anyone, let alone 2 small children, in the BMW survived is amazing. Incredible luck that a Navy Seabees crew was stuck in the traffic behind the accident with a forklift to stop the BMW from falling into the ravine.

^ the truck that hit the car went over the the side and down some 100 feet (not sure of the exact height). The driver of the truck died. Mom with young child and baby survived with minor injuries. Crazy indeed. It was on the news yesterday.
