So I press "enter once" for new line, and it jumps to 2 lines. But only in the initial post, not when editing.

I think I just witnessed someone casing a bank or doing smt to cause the alarms to go off. I was at CIBC @ Garden City (WalMart), depositing some money, this couple was near the locked gate and was rushing out of there. I walk in and the alarm is going off, "BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP PLEASE SWIPE ID BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP".

Deposited my money and left. Not sure if I should be letting non-emerg know?

Koi are, indeed, an invasive species in the wild, but the ones that are imported for private ponds and such are worth a lot of money.

Apparently, the koi are not as evasive when it comes to otters. Go, otter!!!

Currently sitting in my parents' hottub, across the street from the ocean (Parksville) and I can hear whales breaching, blow holes blasting and tails slapping. The nearby marina has sea lions barking. Earlier today there were hundreds, or what appeared as an unusual amount, of seagulls sitting on the surface just off shore and I figured they must be waiting on a large school of fish. Quite an amazing night.

We are expecting our first kiddo. I would like to finally get a digital SLR.

Any stores that you guys recommend? Looking to go in, learn, make purchase.

Spend the money on upgrading your phone to iPhone 11 pro max, easier to share, quality is as good and you’re not lugging around a clunky camera :fuckyea:

Lol this. Had my first kid years ago and thought I need a DSLR! got one, yea I used it sometimes but it felt like a fucking chore bringing it out so the phone accounted for 99% of photos and videos over time.

100% agree with this post. The best camera to have is the camera you have on hand. Taking a DSLR every place you go is a pain. If you still want a new camera get a compact mirrorless camera. Much easier to carry.
