Anyone been to san jose del cabo?

Me and two buddies debating on honolulu vs san jose del cabo in february.
Total trip cost seems to be about 25% higher for honolulu.
Typical vacation goals, drive around, some activities, drank, surf

Personally I don’t care for Cabo. San Jose is a nicer, slower paced part of it but The location is kinda meh, constantly getting hounded by people selling garbage, if you’re not a strong swimmer you can’t swim in the ocean etc. I’ve been twice, wouldn’t go back.

Never been to Hawaii but I know I’d have a better time there than Cabo

Been to both, really depends what you're looking for.

If you've never been to Honolulu, I'd say go there. You said you're looking to drive around and explore, Honolulu for sure. Rent a car for the entire trip and just bounce around the island, check out the beaches in the North, and South/East, don't spend all your time in Waikiki, it sucks.

The trip we went in 2020, we stayed in Makaha which is a dope more local oriented area of the island. Like I said, much to explore on Honolulu, and great food as well.

Cabo will be cheaper, and you'll likely be staying in an AI. If you're into that, it'll be a party, which might be more fun for you guys (if you're looking to get laid or whatever). There will definitely be less adventuring in Cabo, of course you can do some excursions and such, but there's definitely more to explore in Honolulu.

Cabo isn't really situated for exploring, if you're into that I'd suggest Playa Del Carmen or Tulum, or Puerto Vallarta.

TLDR: Partying/drinking/fucking - Cabo
Exploring/Beaching/Surfing - Honolulu.

if anyone in the lower mainland has a Timmy's Bieber toque, large, I'll buy it off you, but for a reasonable price. it's for a gift, not to be resold like everyone else is doing.

ImportPsycho 11-30-2021 11:50 AM

Anyone else getting these calls from V2021334520032 and then there is a 604 number kind of associated with it? What are those? I don't pick up and no message left.

I pick up every scam call to waste as much time from scammers as possible.

I figure the more time they spend with me, the less time they have to actually scam someone.

They usually leave me voicemails but they are all automated. Figured no point picking up since I can't even scold them.

keifun 12-02-2021 04:16 PM

If I got free time, I will pick up those scam calls claiming they are from CBSA or Service Canada and that there's a warrant for my arrest.
Give the a new name Everytime as mess around with them. So far all of them have just hung up on me. Too bad as I was hoping to play along with them.

After pressing '1', I always get a real person.

Never got a VM yet.

Parents charged after they buy their 15 year old a gun that he uses to kill 4 and injure 7 at school.

From the mother.

Quote:

“My husband suffered a stroke and a broken back and we were with just my income. Do you know how hard it is to support a family on only $40,000 a year? I couldn’t qualify for State Aid. I made to much,” she wrote.

In the November 11, 2016 blog post, “Dear Mr. Trump,” she wrote about her political opinions and her reluctant decision to vote for Donald Trump in the 2016 election. She described herself as being a member of a hardworking, middle-class family in which both parents work. She said she is a feminist, a supporter of the LGBT community, and a person who supports the right to bear arms.

“As a female and a Realtor, thank you for allowing my right to bear arms,” she wrote in the post to Trump. “Allowing me to be protected if I show a home to someone with bad intentions. Thank you for respecting that Amendment.”

Maybe one of the kids at school threw a lunch bag at him so it can be classified as self defence?

America is such a cesspool.

A broken societal safety net with generations of poor education and mUh RiGhTs to own guns because people think they can fight government tyranny with assault rifles when they show up with tanks. Senseless mass shootings have become so normal a lot of it isn't reported any more. Racial injustice still prevalent because white people can't acknowledge what they did hundreds of years ago was wrong and instead created a system designed to marginalize those already marginalized. Capitalism eating away at society and democracy through ridiculous ideas like for-profit prisons and that affordable healthcare is both socialism and fascism and also communism. Religious nuts who have never read the bible elect other religious nuts into positions of power who don't even try to hide hypocrisy anymore. A large population willing to ignore basic human kindness and 'loving thy neighbour' because someone's ideology doesn't jive with their own, going so far as to make choices about other people's own bodies illegal while at the same time screaming my body my choice when it's something they themselves don't want to do. Build the world's biggest army and wage war everywhere and then abandon their veterans, while a large population living in poverty on food stamps all while billionaires build penises to go to space.

But STILL if you ask the inbred living in trailers with their 44 siblings on what they think of America they say it's the greatest nation in the world while they can't even spell America because they never made it past the 3rd grade.

It's sad, really.

Looks like the parents are on the run. I can't believe we have Canadians even some members of RS who think we should be more like America.

How old do you have to be to pack heat in the US? So many fails at so many points.

westopher 12-04-2021 08:39 AM

Apparently it was legal for Shittenhouse to be carrying an ar-15 at 17, and legal for him to just shoot whoever he was scared of, so based on a random guess I’d say you’re probably given a gun with the issuing of your birth certificate in some states.

Hondaracer 12-04-2021 10:32 AM

Hmm so seems like “almost every state” once you turn 18 if you have the proper licensing etc. you can not only pack dat gun, but you can also open carry
