I saw a post in my e30 m3 group on FB saying premium is about 1.70 euros in Finland right now, so we are DAMN close.

We go through a decent amount of cans and i was just wondering if I can crush them as it saves space. I can't find any info on their website.

thats how we do it when we go camping to save space... never had a problem returning it but maybe call the location your going to just in case

Has to be the highest I've ever seen it. New record?

Wtf happened?

3.78 liters = 1 gallon.

$1.77 x 3.78 = $6.69 CAD ($5.27 USD) a gallon.

Here in Houston its $2.89 USD ($3.67 CAD) a gallon
This means I pay $0.97 CAD ($0.76 USD) a liter.

I'm not trying to flex, I'm just trying to sympathize with how fucked up it is.

In Washington State its averaged $1.03 USD ($1.31 CAD) a liter.

At those prices they're running the risk of seeing fuel trucks hijacked similar to the beginning of FF4. Slowing down tanker trucks on the Coquihalla pretending to be a repair crew, then stealing the tank.

If people had to spend $7.30 a gallon on gas here you'd see open revolt. In Canada you'd see rural communities become isolated city states.

ImportPsycho 01-10-2022 09:58 AM

they missed out on price gouging during the flood, thanks to state of emergency. now is the time to make up for it. oh no snow storm, oh no refinery shut down some where, who knows... same excuse, new higher price every time.

Aren't the refineries in Texas though? Less transportation cost might help a little.

whitev70r 01-10-2022 10:18 AM

^ it's the frickin taxes in BC!

Then secondly, I heard the cold has affected the refineries here nearby ... whatever the hell that means.

"We had to buy some space heaters and thicker gloves, so we're raising the prices!"

I drive by refineries on the way to/from work. Fresh squeezed Dino juice, right from the source. The air is toxic and shit explodes every now and again but it DOES stay cheap!

The taxes are a HUGE part of it. The taxes B.C. residents pay for gas is absolute insanity. Moreso in the Lower Mainland.

Yup ... in ON, gas is 25-30 cents cheaper generally! That's just the regular, let alone if you want to go 89 or 91 or 94 .. :heckno:

Drake is protecting himself at all costs.

An Instagram model tells the Too Much Hot Tea blog that she had consensual sex with the rap superstar at his hotel a few weeks ago. After their “romantic encounter,” Drake reportedly went to the bathroom to dispose of the condom. That’s when the woman removed the condom from the trash and inserted the opening end in her vagina in an attempt to impregnate herself, only to discover that there was hot sauce in the condom.
edit: I should add, Drake put hot sauce in the condom because he thinks it kills his sperm.. Not sure if that actually works though.

ok this explains, I was like... so... Drake jizz hot sauce?
Drake is smart! although not sure if hot sauce kills it....

westopher 01-12-2022 10:00 AM

Wouldn’t stealing someone’s jizz be a form of sexual assault? That shits fucked.

whitev70r 01-12-2022 11:22 AM

I call BS on that Drake story ... IG model didn't identify herself. It's Drake himself just circulating stories warning gold diggning beeiiiitches.

CivicBlues 01-12-2022 11:57 AM

Golddigger didn't even question why Drake's jizz was a tint of Orange/Red before squirting it up herself???

i figure 1 of 2 reasons:
1. the edu-ma-cation system failed
2. the only colour she saw was green

StylinRed 01-13-2022 08:41 PM

PeanutButter 01-14-2022 02:10 PM

Anyone see salt anywhere? (for sidewalks)
I've been looking for the past couple of weeks and haven't been able to source it.

Thanks

Spectre_Cdn 01-14-2022 02:55 PM

^ I’ve seen it at Blundell@No. 2 Rd Shoppers and FreshCo’s in Richmond. Not huge amounts, but just one or two stacks by the exit, usually. It’s the Windsor black and yellow black and yellow black and yellow Safe-T-Salt.

Oh that bag is pretty good. Dang, too bad it's out of the way for me though.

Thanks

For those of you that are in metal or buy metal frequently.. I'm shopping for SS tubing.

Of all the retailers in the Lower Mainland, is there a business that's consistently the most competitive?

Metal Supermarket has online pricing but others I have to call which I will tomorrow for those that are open weekends. I've also found Metal Mart, Reliable Steel, Tri-City, etc.

Thanks in advance.

yray 01-14-2022 10:33 PM

ironically metal supermarket was cheaper than my local suppliers for ss square bar

and I buy couple hundred thousand in stainless from local suppliers every year

what size are you looking for

Thanks for the info
I'm looking for 2.5" x .065 thick (for exhaust).
I need to measure to figure out what lengths of cut I need (so they'll fit in my vehicle). I estimate around 18ft +/- a few.
It seems metal supermarket is the cheapest.

DavidNguyen 01-17-2022 07:58 PM

Anyone do a move from BC to Alberta?

I'm looking for some reputable movers.

Thanks
