I really like the cardboard or plastic sheet ideas, that'd be way easier than a million playing cards.

Finding paint has been a hassle since I'm trying to order online since I don't have the time to go into a store. I've been trying to find something like acid green but no dice. I might just have to settle for white.

Rust-oleum has a "gloss key lime" that looks closeish, I'm just not sure it'll be as violently bright as I'm hoping for.

depends on the look ur going for. i personally like the meadow green myself. the 2x rustoleum covers extremely well and since its also a primer, sticks well too($10 a can and 1 can is all thats needed. i painted both my truck wheels with it(gloss black). over time the gloss shine will fade to more a matte color over time so if u want it shinny, clearcoat is needed.

I have painted with the stems on. I don't know anything about tire mounting though. Sounds like it'll be easier to put the stems in after, although all you need to do to mask stems the stems with masking tape.

I recommend getting a spray can trigger as well.

It's a game changer when working with spray cans. Way more control, less fatigue.

Second this, I was paint a bunch of stuff at home and the cheap shitty little handle actually made a world's difference.

Can anyone recommend a good jeweller for engagement rings?

westopher 04-23-2022 12:07 PM

There’s a good engagement ring thread in the relationship forum section.

RiceIntegraRS 04-24-2022 07:14 AM

Girl with the big hair..... Trans?

fliptuner 04-27-2022 08:01 PM

Why did I start watching shorts front the Depp/Heard trial?. Oh that's right, it's a trainwreck and now I can't look away.

Her lawyers are just as pathetic as she is. Lol

The psychiatrist owned them (and she's hot) and the doorman is fucking hilarious.

Tis the season .. pretty sure it's been discussed in previous years but too lazy to search. What is best balance between quality and value restaurant for Alaskan King Crab? Walked into one today and they quoted >$60/lb ??!! Don't want to be paying that kind of money but don't want to go to a restaurant that is so ghetto that it has a stank to it ... where have you had good luck and experience?

Can I just say I have been part of RS for a long time and I'm glad we don't have this kind of stuff going on.

NSFW (swearing involved) for those of you at work, form a 4x4 forum.

Anyone ever clean a rainfall shower head? Does soaking in CLR like those old commercials work? Lol

My shower head has some grime on the little jets building up so I’d assume the inside has some as well, thinking I need to remove it and clean it

donk. 04-28-2022 09:58 AM

You have a rainfall shower head?!
I need to be on your level of wealth :okay:

I haven't got a super fancy one, but I just took it off and soaked it in vinegar and it cleared everything away. You can get cleaning vinegar that's double the concentration too.

Just discovered this wonderful gash on the corner of the passenger door. Looks like there's a bit of surface rust on it - will it be okay if I just use a touch-up pen, or what is the best way to get this repaired?

I would just carefully rub some of the corrosion off with a bit of SOS pad and then paintbrush some primer and paint over it
