Sorry the 60L is mine, she’s going to attempt a 40L carry on sized bag. So we’ll see lol

Shinetsu grease? I wish man. It was some kind of American lube/grease from GM. Good times though.:fappery::jizz:

Food Truck Festival in Coquitlam today. I haven’t been to one of these events in so long. Anyway……………

HonestTea 05-07-2022 02:57 PM

Since we’re on the topic of traveling, got bored and decided to head to Portugal for almost 2-months with the SO and WFH for 2-3 weeks of the duration. We’re going to Madrid soon and after that, Barcelona for Formula 1.

We got an Airbnb in Portugal and it was around $2K per month + service and cleaning fees on top. We decided instead of your typical vacation where you’re hustling and bustling through every attraction, we took our time exploring Portugal and will do the same for Spain.

Hondaracer 05-07-2022 02:59 PM

Where?

HonestTea 05-07-2022 03:06 PM

Lisbon

I think there's a stereotype of sitting on a beach, viewing all the local attractions, parks, etc. People get sucked into that, and don't realize what they actually want to do with their week/2 off, etc

I ask because I use to be like you, "I want to see all these countries and things" so I would jump towns/countries every x days, etc
Then I figured out, that it's all the same shit, another city, another town, another attraction

All that I really want to do, is go surfing. Everything else is just a bonus. Now I'm alot more "relaxed" on vacation

As for what mikemhg said, with the packing / unpacking thing:
Depending if your male or female lol, take ONE backpack with you, and that's it.
No suitcase. I did this a few years ago, and im never going back to suitcase travel. A well planned 15lb backpack is all you need

Lol the thing I hate the most when going with the wifey is hey let's go shopping, I'm always like why? OK sure if there's something you're looking for that you know they sell here and not back home we can go look at that but I don't really feel like spending hours walking through a mall or shopping district. Granted sure you do randomly come across stuff but really that isn't what I'm here for BibleThump

That's the best way to go! taking it a bit slower and you really get a feel for the place and you don't come out needing a vacation from your vacation :lol

Got some scratches on my rear bumper from not being careful when loading/unloading. Went down to bare plastic.

Planning on following this video to fix her up with some touch-up paint.

Any thoughts?

I ain't not electrical tech, but my condo keyfob got water in. Corroded the battery causing a battery leak, which damaged the circuit board. It works as a fob to access door, but won't open the garage gate.

My dad in law told me to submerge the circuit board in 99% alcohol, but when I look at the board the battery acid ate some of the connecting component lines that run around, so even if I can clean this board, seems like it's a lost cause at this point? E.g. If I press on the fob, the light stays solid which it usually just blinks once. Definitely some connection issues messed up.

Looks like I'm out $80 to get a replacement.

Best way to do it.

You can take your time and really explore the city, take some days or nights to just get lost going to different bars and restaurants, as opposed to rushing around in 5-7 days trying to knock off all the top reviewed spots in Trip Advisor/Google :lol

Go to a footie game!

Holy bejesus............... switch over to Sci Fi channel and I see a really nice set of .......... reruns of Ghost Whisperer. I remember watching that show way back. Why do I not remember any of that? It's obvious her assets are displayed on purpose. Jennifer Love Hewitt, ftmfw!

Every time I watch it, she's either in a night gown or prancing around in her lingerie. Anyway.

Looks good.

Only thing to be mindful is to make sure the paint actually matches. Some paint pens are really off, even though they're supposed to match. Of course the bigger the area, the more likely it'll be noticeable if it's not an exact match.

Just take your time and go slow if you're not experienced in sanding. You don't want to create more problems by sanding too hard or missing spots cause you're rushing. lol, the guy made it seem a lot easier cause that work wasn't in real time.

Yeah, I ordered from www.automotivetouchup.com. My paint is a tri-coat, so it was one of the few vendors online that include both a base and mid-coat. Heard the Mazda OEM touch-up pens aren't great and don't match properly.

Guess I'll take some before and after pics and see how it goes. :ahwow:
