I have somewhat of an opposite problem.

I started to get mail for some random person and it's from their bank (RBC.) I know that this person has never lived at this address before. What can I do about this?

Great68 08-18-2022 10:35 AM

I'd just write "return to sender, incorrect address" on the envelope and throw it back in a postal drop box

Dumb question, but how do I report it? Do I have to call the non-emergency police or can I upload it somewhere online with a video?

It was basically my tenant's mail. I checked the mail box earlier so I know what was left behind, including a small amazon package. He probably saw it sticking out a bit out of the mail box and then decide to take all the envelopes too. What a guy...

lol, this happens to me all the time... I'm still getting mail from tenants that moved away over a year ago.
I just write "MOVED" and throw them back into the Canada Post drop boxes. But in the past when I was lazy, I have also written "MOVED" on the mail and just put it back into my mailbox with those envelopes sticking out half way so it can be noticed. The mailman seemed to have collected them like that as well.

All the penticton breweries are pretty good. Catch a cab go up into naramata. Could go to the wine willage if you’ve got a car in Oliver.

Imo I’d rather head south from oenticron than north to Kelowna. 8th generation winery on the way to Kelowna has a killerrrrr Frizante if you’re into sparkling wines

Looks like you’ve already been to the Hooded Merganser (sp) never seen to many white haired wheel chair bound people in penticton before going there for dinner in June lol

I'm heading out to Kelowna at 330 but wtf is up with the traffic approaching the bennett bridge. Ugh. Not looking forward to that.

Been seeing a lot of tiktoks hating on the bridge traffic, some ppl even moved from one side of kelowna to the other cuz it would take forever to get to work

donk. 08-18-2022 01:54 PM

Forever is like 15 minutes tops, they should visit Vancouver between 7am-9am or 230pm-6pm on the highway

underscore 08-18-2022 01:56 PM

The bridge traffic sucks donkey balls but it's nothing compared to the traffic you guys get.

Tickleberry's in Okanagan Falls is a fun stop if you like ice cream and have a vehicle.

It's as good as a big zucchini shoved into your mouth lol

westopher 08-19-2022 09:05 AM

I don’t know how people live their lives thinking all vegan or vegetarian dishes are bad/weird, as much as I can’t understand people not eating meat. People on both ends of the spectrum are unbearable to have food conversations with. I had someone tell me to go back to Africa when I made a vegan dish for a how to video, because I’m not a real Canadian if I don’t eat meat lol.
Hot tip. I’m a white guy, so if you tell me to go back to anywhere it should be Scotland or Germany or something.
